Dear Reader,
I hope that you have all had a good start to 2011. In the name of the whole Intact team I would like to wish you all a successful, happy and healthy New Year.
For us, this year will be very eventful and the events we are working on are reported to you in this newsletter. From February 16 to 19, 2011 we will be hosting a booth at BioFach – the world’s largest organic trade fair - in Nuremberg and we are fully occupied in preparations for this event. In addition, like last year, we will be holding our Intact Summit on February 15, 2011, the day before BioFach begins. This will be a fruitful day spent looking into audit management and traceability. We warmly invite you to the Summit and, of course, we would love to see you at our booth at BioFach. Further details are given in the newsletter below.
At both BioFach and the Intact Summit we will be introducing two new innovations – Ecert Onsite and a new correspondence module. Learn first-hand how to handle audits on-site even more efficiently than before, and how customer relations can be improved with Ecert. The newsletter articles will give you some ideas.

| 1. Intact Summit 2011 – Efficiency in audit management and traceability |
 The Intact Summit will take place in the Congress Centre of the Nuremberg exhibition, on February 15, 2011, the day before the start of BioFach. The main focus of the Summit will be efficiency in audit management and traceability, and it will include introductions to new modules and functionalities in Intact software solutions. | 2. Intact presents innovations at BioFach 2011 |
 As in previous years, in 2011 Intact will host its own booth at BioFach – the world’s largest organic trade fair from February 16 until February 19, 2011. Our booth will be at 170f in hall 1. So please visit us and we would love to have the opportunity to show you our software solutions and exciting new innovations.

| 3. Efficient auditing on-site with Ecert Onsite |
 Ecert Onsite makes it possible to electronically document audits onsite – anywhere and at any time – even without an internet connection. In addition to the preset checklists, any other checklist can be integrated into Ecert Onsite. The tool can be installed and maintained very easily; in fact, neither a database nor support is necessary for a successful outcome.

| 4. New ways in CRM with Ecert correspondence |
 Ecert enables organisations to handle and document the entire internal correspondence of a company, as well as all its external correspondence with clients and suppliers.
Common E-mail programmes e.g. MS Outlook, can be easily integrated into the software. Thus, all necessary information is available centrally and can be accessed and edited at any time. Ecert supports consequent client-orientation and communication.
